The SnapNwin cards are being handed out across Canada by radio station promotional teams at beaches, concerts and key summer events. The WWE Superstars featured on the cards are Triple H™, John Cena™, Edge™, Batista™, CM Punk™, Jeff Hardy™, John Morrison™, Mickie James™ and Kelly Kelly™.
The desire to collect all nine cards in the series leverages the strong following that WWE has with their loyal fans. To drive tune-in to WWE television programming, the paper face of the card promotes the three WWE television programs RAW™, SmackDown® and ECW™.
Peel away the image on the front of the card and the inside reveals the WWE Summer Sweeps Contest web address where contestants can enter for a chance to win a trip to any WWE Live Event scheduled in North America in 2009. At that time, contestants are given the option to double opt-in to receive information on future marketing programs, thereby creating a qualified e-mail list - ideal for any marketer.
"SnapNwin has created terrific looking cards and the response has been phenomenal," says Eva Bryer, Marketing Manager for WWE Canada. "We are looking for additional ways to use this powerful little promotional card."
